We are in Goose Creek, next to Big Lots in the Crowfield Village Shopping Center at 431 St. James Avenue.
We are open for you with Curbside Appointments. We have enacted a limited access policy with curbside appointments only. We ask that you pull up to the curb and we will come to you. We will then deliver your product or pharmacy order to your car or take your pet inside with us for vaccinations, exam, etc. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Creekside staff interacting with clients are taking the appropriate precautionary steps such as frequent disinfectant cleaning of surfaces within the clinic. Staff are wearing masks and gloves during all shifts and have flawlessly risen to the occasion.
