Our Mission & Story

When Dr. Jan Crowe opened Creekside in 1998, at the top of her "Must Have" list: She wanted Creekside to have the feel of family and friends dropping in for a visit to chat and catch up. Through the years we have celebrated with you on your additions to the family, weddings, graduations, closings on homes and purchase of new cars. We have mourned your losses with you, and cried with you, too. When we say you are like family, we mean it, those aren't just words. We have our "anchor" long-term staff, so you can really get to know us.

She has over 40 years of experience

We are always accepting new patients and clients. We are open 8 am to 6 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Thursday we are open 8 am to 5 pm. Please call to schedule an appointment as we see patients by appointment only.

Creekside Vet Clinic, PA in Goose Creek, SC is a General Practice vet clinic and animal hospital.You can request an appointment here. If you are coming to us from another clinic, we will call and request your pet's records for you. We understand that a lot of people don't want to make that call.

About us

Your pets deserve the best

Dr. Jan Crowe is the founder and owner of Creekside Vet Clinic. She opened the clinic in this location in 1998 and has been here ever since. We are a privately owned small clinic with a family feel. We are a small business that LOVES BIG!

Our Mission

It's the mission of Dr. Jan Crowe and Creekside to help as many people with their pets as we can. Our motto is "We are here for the life of your pet because we care" which means whether you're with us for a moment or a lifetime, we are bringing you our best in caring for your pets. We often see puppies and kittens from the first checkup throughout their many years.

Our Organization

We are a small business but we celebrate and love BIG! Compassion, excellence and hard work are rewarded here! We are proud to serve the Goose Creek community and Charleston's Tri-County area, but we see people and pets from all over!

Partnerships with Creekside

We are proud sponsors of Ducks Baseball. Our very own Amanda is married to Coach Lee and her sons play on the team! We love supporting the team of one of our own!

We support Stacy Pearsall of the TV series, "After Action" and the Veterans Portrait Project which she founded. We see and support her 'America's Vet Dogs' service partner, Charlie. Dr. Crowe and Stacy go way back! And we are so grateful that Stacy has been incredibly generous with her time for us!
